Timtim Navalha 

After taking a deep dive into Yoga and Meditation, 

Timtim began searching for ways to cultivate connections to village-minded communities and ancestral practices.  His mother always said that our family was mostly Indigenous, but there were traces back to Angola.  Naturally, a quick Google search put Capoeira on the screen with an academy that was 40 minutes away.  Instantly, Timtim was flooded with childhood memories of playing Tekken with his older siblings.  Everything made too much sense and taking one class sealed the deal of a lifelong path in Martial Arts and Combat Sports.  

Fast forward 10 years, and now we are actively exploring the intersection of Capoeira, BJJ, and MMA.  The mission is to make Capoeira accessible and effective while keeping the balance between combat and consciousness.  Our focus is on creating combat-ready athletes highly capable of protecting themselves and their families.
